DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS
At this time we dont accept returns on products. We strive to use our recommended products during service and give samples when applicable to ensure you love the product before purchasing!
DO WE HAVE A CANCEL/NO SHOW POLICY
Yes. All no-show appts will be charged 100% service fee. New client no shows will be charged 100% fee as well as be blocked from rebooking. Same day Cancels will be charged 50% of the service cost. Cancels made within 48hrs of scheduled appt will be charged a flat rate 50$ fee unless able to be rebooked in open booking time the same week.
